Accenture Consultant Strategy interview questions

The interview process typically consists of two rounds. Round one will be basic check and from the CV, might ask a simple case. Round 2 will be case questions. Looking for structure.

I started the process in February and it only finished in August. In the meantime, I had my work visa processed. The first stage was a screening, then we talked a bit about my past professional experience, and they asked me one technical question about what approach I would take if a client wanted to reduce their costs. The third interview was a business case — the interviewer was very nice and guided me quite a bit — and the last one was more of a fit interview with a partner. The only thing I would criticise is that the background check happened after the visa, which delayed the start date.
