Accenture is renowned for its rigorous yet well-structured interview process, emphasizing both technical expertise and cultural fit. Here’s a detailed breakdown of my experience with the Accenture interview process: Application Process: The journey began with submitting my application online through Accenture's career portal. Their application system was straightforward and user-friendly. Initial Screening: Within a week, I was contacted by a recruiter for a phone screening. This phase focused on my resume, work experience, and basic technical skills. The recruiter also gauged my availability and salary expectations. Aptitude Test: Following the screening, I was invited to complete an online assessment. It covered logical reasoning, quantitative aptitude, and verbal skills. The test was moderately challenging, requiring strong analytical thinking. Technical Interview: The next phase was a one-on-one technical interview. The interviewer asked about my core skills, including problem-solving, programming languages, and project experience. Real-world application of my skills was emphasized, with scenario-based questions like resolving client challenges. Case Study Round: I participated in a case study discussion where I was tasked to solve a business problem.
