I applied online. The process took 1 day. I interviewed at Accenture (Bengaluru) in Jun 2010
Interview
It was 2010, Bangalore. First they had HR round where they asked me to tell me about myself, few general questions. It was very good and interactive. Next they had technical interview. They gave me two coding problems and asked me to write the algorithm or if possible write the program in any language of choice and explain.
They tested me on my thought process how my approach was to solve the problem. I was asked few aptitude questions. Interviewer was very interactive helping me to get more ideas to solve the algorithm.

Interview
Accenture came to recruit in my college and the selection process was divided into 3 rounds.
1) Aptitude
2) GD
3) Technical + HR interview (combined)
Selection process was score based. Scores for Aptitude and GD were added and then elimination was done for the last round.
Aptitude round was easy, with more questions from Venn Diagrams and patterns.
GD round was like a quick fire. I was given 30 seconds to stage my point and 10 seconds to contradict other. If someone fumbled or asked for more time, he was straightaway rejected.
Technical round was mixed. I was asked basic HR questions like relocation, favourite place, likes and dislikes, and also some technical questions on sorting, arrays, prime number identification, basic mathematical computations using structures, and a few more. I guess I wrongly answered one question on pointers.
All in all questions were smooth, and I got selected. Pay package is not disclosed but probably it will be 3.15 LPA. I really expected more from Accenture.
