A recruiter screens fit and availability, noting my prior Accenture experience and stack (SQL Server, ASP.NET MVC, .NET Core APIs, Azure DevOps, GitHub, Python, Power BI, Tableau). Next comes an optional online assessment covering reasoning, SQL or coding, and scenario judgment. Then one to two technical interviews: deep dives into the ADAPT project, data modeling, API design, pipeline automation, and problem-solving (query tuning, version control, cloud). A behavioral round uses STAR to assess teamwork, ownership, and adaptability. Finally, HR discusses role match, compensation, location, start date, and growth opportunities, training, and learning.
