Straightforward. Just behavioural questions like how I dealt with teammate conflicts, explain any issues during your project etc. The interviewer was very amazing and had around 18 years of experience as a sales leader, but she never made me feel like she's that high up in the ladder. I interviewed in 2021
Interview questions [1]
Question 1
Explain a conflict that you faced with your teammate, and explain how you dealt with it
Here’s the short version 👇
Online Assessment → Aptitude, technical MCQs, coding.
Communication Assessment → Fluency, grammar, pronunciation.
Combined Technical + HR Interview → Basics of tech + projects + HR questions (intro, strengths, why Accenture, etc.).
That’s the full Accenture fresher process in brief ✅.
Interview questions [1]
Question 1
Tell me about your project – explain problem, approach, tech stack, and your role.
Cross-questions on project – why you used that tech, challenges faced, how you’d improve it.
Why Accenture? – clear, genuine reason (growth, learning, global exposure, etc.).
Basic Technical Check – OOPs concepts, DBMS (keys/joins), simple coding logic.
HR Fit – Tell me about yourself, strengths/weaknesses, willingness to relocate/learn.
I applied through college or university. The process took 5 days. I interviewed at Accenture (Vadodara) in Jul 2024
Interview
Interview questions were not difficult at all, but it seemed like the interviewer was uninterested. He kept on asking me question and even before i could respond he would immediately ask the next question in the queue, like he was just doing his task instead of actually judging my skills.
