Cons: Significant uncertainty and lack of clarity in the hiring process. After completing the first technical interview and assessment test, I received an email at 12:20 to book a slot for the final interview round. However, just 30 minutes later, at 12:50, I was informed via another email that Accenture is no longer recruiting for the role. This sudden change without clear explanation left me confused and disappointed. Additionally, when I attempted to contact the HR representative for clarification, my calls went unanswered, further adding to the frustration and lack of transparency. The abrupt cancellation of the role and unresponsiveness from HR suggest a lack of coordination and poor communication in the recruitment process, which can be disheartening for candidates who invest significant time and effort
