Abbott Sales interview questions

Applied online and then was contacted for an initial 30min. phone interview screening. That lead to a one-on-one interview with the district manager. I was asked situational and experience related questions. What is my biggest accomplishment. Tell me about a difficult customer, how did you gain their business. Tell me about a time things didn't go your way, how did you handle it. I was given information on a fake business and 5 min to prepare for a mock sales call. After this interview, I advance to the final interview with the Regional Sales Director. I was asked similar questions - each interview lasted between 1 -2 hours
