Abbott Sr. Scientist interview questions

This was a weird experience. Soon after the interview they asked for my references but then essentially disappeared. I had to follow up 5 times (no kidding), including a call. It took them about a month to check my references then 2 months after the interview they told me that I didn't get the job, but only after I emailed. I asked for feedback as to what happened but got none. Very poorly organized company. Beware

I gave a one hour presentation followed by questions. The rest of the day consisted of individual and panel interviews. The interview consisted of both behavioral and technical questions. I was also given a tour of the facility.
