Interview
1-hour phone interview which consisted of both technical and behavioral questions. Obtained the interview with the assistance of a staffing agency that contacted me directly after finding my profile online (probably either through LinkedIn or Monster) and submitted me for consideration at Abbott. Interviewer asked fair questions and was candid, with honest discussion about the position, required qualifications, and other candidates.
The interview process was fairly straightforward. They asked me about me mostly about my resume and hypothetical situations that could occur while on the job. In total it was around 4-5 different interviews.
Screening, panel interview, then decision. Very straight forward and easy process. Follow STAR method. Interviewers were very personable and friendly. Most questions are behavioral but they do ask technical questions at the end.
Simple and easy. Staff were all kind and professional with a mix of behavior questions and also specific job function questions. Overall it was a great experience and it was a pleasure speaking with the hiring team.
