Abbott Engineer interview questions

Formal. Competency based interview. Followed STAR interview model. Typical questions included talking about leadership, problem solving, teamwork and communication. They wanted you to relate to prior skills and projects. Also asked why you want to work at company and 5 year plan.

The interview was chill and relaxed, Most of the questions were behavior questions, what was the most challenging situation and how did you handle it. I had two rounds of interviews. The interviewers were friendly and easy to talk to.
