I applied via their website and got an email to schedule an interview three to four days after. Their application tracking system is very helpful. You can keep track of all of your applications and the processes. Screening interview followed by panel interview. Screening interview is only ten to fifteen minutes with a recruiter. Panel interview is with three to four senior members of the department and lasts about 45 minutes. Both interview were virtual due to COVID. Until now, everyone seems nice and their questions are not meant to trick the candidate. Not sure what the next steps are after doing the panel interview.
