First, 30 min call with HR where I was asked about my CV, skills, languages I speak, etc... (pretty easy and standard if you ask me). A week later, I got an email from a manager for an interview of 45min ( the manager introduced the company and his business unit then asked me to introduce myself+personnality questions+ case study(market sizing and new product introduction) after two weeks I got an invitation for a third interview with the same manager where we just talked about the insurance sector, digital transformation and what I will do in the internship if I ever get hired. One week later, I got an offer.
