I applied in-person. The process took 1 day. I interviewed at AXA (Gurgaon, Haryana) in Aug 2024
Interview
I went for the walk In drive held in gurgaon office on 6th Aug. Specially, for my interview purpose, I went from my home a night ago as I had to cover 400 km. When I reached at the office Premises, HR asked us to wait for 2 hours which we can see normally in every company' interview scenario. After that, the Hr called us in groups of 2-3 people. Normal questions were asked about your previus experience, why did you left your previous jobs and why do you want to join AXA, about reinsurance. HR told us that we will receive the assessment link within 24 hours if we get shortlisted else we will receive the rejection email after 1 week. 4 weeks have been gone today but we didn't receive any response. I am wondering how HR doesn't bother to put a single email regarding feedback. They didn't care about how far an employee is coming to their office after adjusting their routine schedule and they didn't feel important to update us regarding the status of application.
