Interview seemed to go OK, but as with every interview it's hard to know what the interviewer is actually seeking, answers wise. I felt I gave good answers but as I haven't received a job offer it looks like I didn't give the answers they were seeking!

2 stage interview, competency based and lots of scenario based. Telephone interview and face to face. Asked me if I knew anything about motor claims, asked what good customer service meant to me
