It was an internal hire for a permanent position within the team hence the process was a bit different and skipped a preliminary interview stage.
I nevertheless went through traditional steps: (1) Case Study, (2) Interview with N+1, (3) HR Interview. For an external, there may have been 1 more interview with the manager before the Case Study.

Overall speaking, the interview is not a easy one. The interview took an hour.
And it requires you having logical thinking and industry knowledge. You need to familiar with insurance product to get an offer.

Interview
The first interview was a technical one from the hiring manager and the one after was a short get to know you interview by the director. In the end, they did not reply with an acceptance nor a rejection which was a bit unprofessional in my opinion.
