I applied through a recruiter. The process took 6 days. I interviewed at AXA (New York, NY) in Apr 2013
Interview
The interview process was very easy. It seemed like the employer at AXA was trying to sell me on the idea of working here. He kept mentioning how much money he made. He was surprised by some of the questions I asked him. THey don't tell you that you won't make any money untill your first client in addition to getting your licenses.
I applied through college or university. The process took 3 weeks. I interviewed at AXA (San Antonio, TX)
Interview
Three interviews where they act like they are guarding the most prestigious job out there. I came in a few times to meet with the manager who was a good guy. They're intent is to hire as many people as they can and those people selling so they can get override....then when people fail, the manager absorbs all of those clients.
I applied online. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at AXA (San Diego, CA) in Jul 2015
Interview
There was a three step interview process, he first two with a division manager, then third with the branch manager. Friendly and straight forward meetings. The first is a general meet and greet, the next gives a more detailed overview of the role you'll play in the company, and the third is a meet the boss scenario.
