1. Telephone Call + Screening round 2. Test (After 3 days) 3. Tech Interview (3 days) 4. Assignment (Result after 14 Days) Very disappointing and unfair interview process. I sent the assignment which they internally reviewed without letting me explain my thinking and solution approach after taking 3 weeks. Recruiters had no respect for anyone's time and anxiety they go through such long processes that too completely one sided, or they don't know how a code review process works in an assignment round.
