AUTO1 Group interview questions

Got contacted over linkedin. Preliminary screening was done by HR. After 3 days they gave an awesome test with multiple things to fix over an EC2 instance.The solution was expected to be submitted in a week. After this there was an interview with Tech Lead and head of DevOps who asked a lot of questions based on skills mentioned in the CV, here they also mentioned the job profile in detail and the kind of challenges they face and their vision for the future. A week later another interview with other team members who asked questions related to the work being done by their team.

- Applied online Very cool company, with incredible growth since 2012. - Phone interview with HR consultant Asks about you, your CV, qualifications, more information about what you'll be doing, Auto1 business model - On-site interview with Manager The scheduled interviewer was out of office on that day so I was interviewed by the team lead, very impromptu but went smoothly. Chats about my CV and the team. Then there was an excel test which was surprising since I was specifically told not to prepare anything technical for the interview, I guess to determine how you work under pressure. - Further telephone interview This with the initial interviewer, who claimed that he couldn't attend our scheduled interview because he thought it was meant to be on Skype - this excuse showed that the team lacks positive communication. - Outcome email A week later I received an email from a no-reply inbox saying, "After reviewing your application and qualification, we are sorry to say that it was not the right fit...". In my opinion, this mail should've read, "We have decided to continue with other candidates who are a BETTER FIT..."
