It was very smooth and fast - it took in total around 1 week or less. I had the 2 first steps (team leader and senior recruiter) by phone, one day after the other. Final step was in the office with both of them and one director. They put me in a comfortable situation, the discussion was linear and interesting. Very positive impression. The following day they made the offer.
