Interview
All in all the interview had three stages and the task. It took about 4 weeks in total from the initial contact to receiving the offer. First stage was the scanning call, second one was with the team lead and one of the designers. That was followed by the task - campaign for social media channel. Later it was reviewed with two other designers in the final call. Through out the process I got to know 4 team members and learned a lot about the company. The HR was very helpful and supportive through the entire hiring process! Some unfortunate small mistakes happend, for example I received the email of being declined even before submitting my task, that was due for another day. But everything was sorted out smoothly. All in all the process was very enjoyable!

Interview
First interview with HR via Skype.
Then a task to do from home (simple but interesting)
And lastly I had an interview with the head of the team.
Everything was rushed due to their need to fill the position (so I was told) but after the last interview it took almost 3 weeks to get any reply.
Eventually I was not accepted but I thought the process was very well done, my only complaint is how long it took for the final reply .
