I applied online. The process took 3 weeks. I interviewed at AUTO1 Group (Anvers) in Mar 2022
Interview
Because of the size of the company, it depends on which office you are applying for. I was interviewing for the Antwerp office. I applied on the company's website through LinkedIn. There were 2 interviews, one with HR and one with the team leader and senior business analyst.
First the senior asked technical questions about SQL, and then the team leader asked the behavioral questions.

Question 1
Normal SQL questions, no live coding was involved.
Two datasets were given as an example, and were asked about what happens if you left-join them. How do you calculate the average? It's pretty standard stuff.
The overall experience was really smooth. I told them I would welcome any assignments. They did not give me any.
The first contact was made 3 weeks after my application. But I signed my contract in less than 3 weeks. 1 week, during which I was waiting for them to finish interviewing others to make sure I was the final candidate.
4 interview steps and a technical assessment.
Not so long but not very clear.
The technical assessment was ok even if the goal was not very defined. HR was very kind

Interview
The first step was interview with HR , it takes like 15-20 minutes and the interviewer asked their questions very fast, like it doesn't matter what you answered. Also they sent the rejection in 2-3 days, but they didn't respond my request for a feedback.
In a job interview, you can expect questions about your work experience, technical skills, and career goals. Typical HR questions include those about motivation, how you handle challenges, and your ability to work in a team. During the technical interview, you might be asked about specific technologies, tools, and projects you've worked on. It's also common to encounter questions about solving technical problems and presenting sample solutions. Discussing your achievements and skills in a practical context can increase your chances of a positive evaluation.
