asked me 3 codes to write in notepad then some technical questions

There were 3 rounds. 1st Round- Simple verbal communication After that they give me an assignment 2nd Round- Based on the assignment 3rd Round- Final Interview Then am waiting for the response till 6 days. But no one is calling from them. When am calling for the result, they just simply told that client not short listed me. What kind of interview is this? They are only time pass with me for 3 weeks.
