ARC Document Solutions interview questions

Got a call from a recruiter out of the blue. No email inviting me to a call. The recruiter had the skills of a coral reef. He spoke softly, sighed a lot, and continually tried to get me to frame a conversation about sales into a tightly defined conversation. And more sighs. Said he'd call me back. Nothing. No response to my email. So this is perfect, and in line with the reviews here: not a place to work in 2018.

A recruiter agency called me for the position. I appeared for two round of telephonic interviews. The first one was a screening round and second one was technical round. Image processing questions were asked in both of the rounds. I was later informed by the agency that I will get the offer. But after that the agency never called me back or anyone from the company did not bothered to contact me.
