ALTEN Backend Engineer interview questions

Got contacted via LinkedIn. Made a phone call with the recruiter a couple of days later. She arranged a technical interview and sent me two tests, Java and C++ one. Both tests were on Coding Games platform (which was a real discovery for me). After the tests, I met with one of the senior developers on the arranged technical interview. We discussed some of my results and my CV. I was given an offer - however, I declined.

Processo molto snello. Mi hanno invitato a visitare l'azienda nonostante fosse in Francia e io in Italia. Primo colloquio con HR, poi colloquio tecnico e test di programmazione da fare a casa in 10 giorni. HR molto disponibili ad aiutarti per la parte tecnica.
