It was a phone interview through a contractor. It was casual and they were very informative in explaining what are the current projects at Alstom transportation. How the teams there worked, Whom will I be reporting to, What they expect me to do everyday.

Questions regarding RAMS concepts. What are Pareto charts? Where did you use FMEA, FTA, BOM, MTBF? Development of manuals. What software did you use for these tools?

Whoa! it was good...
The interview was good. Almost technical. The interviewer is an expert, so don't try to fool around. State what you like, tell what you don't know. They like the truth to be told. Rest, they will deal in the training sessions.
But once inside the company you might get bored (well everyone does @ ALSTOM). and you won't find anything related to interview there in your work. So...
