ALSTOM interview questions

First I applied online without motivational letter. Then tests, before having a 15 min phone interview. The phone interview was very awkward and didn't feel free-flowing at all. I may be partial though since I didn't go past that stage.

Three rounds, telephonic followed by managerial and HR round. Overall difficulty level is average. Good hands on problem solving and basic programming skills, data structure, good analytical skills, sql required.
