I applied online. I interviewed at ALSTOM (Rochester, NY) in Mar 2018
Interview
Messy HR process working through contracting HR frim who was off location added to delays and slow communication. Contracting frim was not always the most professional, contradicting the companies hiring managers and suggested I would get the job as a diversity hire.
The engineers I interview with were excellent and engaging. They asked some tough questions, but it was mostly just a conversation about the company and how I would fit in.

I applied online. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at ALSTOM (Singapour) in Jun 2023
Interview
Very friendly and direct approach. HR and mangers were quite nice. HR follows up closely after interview and job offer and benefits are given on paper for us to have in black and white rather than go in to see later from power point slides or employee handbook.
