Interview
Slightly long but the interviewee made me feel relaxed. I had multiple interviews. The first was walking around the store with a group. The second was walking around the store with the District Manager and myself. The third was a 1 on 1 interview with the District Manager and myself.
I applied in-person. I interviewed at ALDI (Apple Valley, MN) in Sep 2016
Interview
I had three interviews and did not hear back after the third one. The catch- I was out of the country and though I bought cell service for there it is possible that was a factor. OR they simply didn't want to hire me. If that be the case I am surprised since I do have a college degree and am very hard working. It surprised me that the interviews were so intense for the position.
