I applied online. The process took 4 days. I interviewed at ALDI in Apr 2019
Interview
There was three interviews, a group one, one with the store manager, and one with the district manager. It was all done in one day in a matter of two hours and then I received a call and an offer.
First they had us go to a hotel for a group interview for multiple stores. They had us fill out a form with some interview questions on it, then they sent us in the room next door where they gave us information about the job, then they did one on one interviews. Then I did a physio assessment over zoom Then I filled out a questionnaire with mandatory questions about my physical and mental health. I felt the mental health questions were very invasive and unnecessary as they would not affect how I do the job (aside from minor things like medication and any necessary adjustments). Then I had an on site interview which was arranged over phone. The people at the store seemed to have very poor organisation and communication with one another. I went for the originally scheduled interview but they weren’t expecting me so we rescheduled, then I went to the second interview and they still weren’t expecting me
