I applied online. The process took 3 months. I interviewed at ALDI (Bornemouth, Angleterre) in Jan 2018
Interview
Applied online in August. Initial interview in December. 2 hour try out in store in January where we were told we definitely had jobs and would receive a call in a few days. This has now been over 2 weeks and still nothing. Feel mislead by the manager as he failed to manage expectations....he also asked my age during our little chat which really should not be part of this process as i am very physically fit and strong and more than able to work the shift rotations.
The interview process began with a group assessment. There were six other people. We were split into two teams and asked to answer two scenario questions. We then played a game of Would I Lie to You. Then we were asked what makes Aldi different to other supermarkets.
I got through the group interview stage to a face-to-face individual interview. Here there was a ten minute maths test and some questions about my previous experience.
I declined the job offer. The store I applied for expected each of its employees to be available 7 days a week between the hours of 5am and 2am. There were no set shifts so your hours could change each week. I think this is highly unfair. It would be impossible for one with children, a family or a partner to commit to this ridiculous amount of time.

Question 1
How would your previous employer describe you in three words and why?
I applied online. The process took 6 months. I interviewed at ALDI (Widnes, England) in Jul 2017
Interview
You do an online application which goes in depth then you have an interview with the area manager for about an hour where they will go through everything. It took awhile for the interview to come after I took the application (About 5 months) but once I got the interview it was quick going through the rest of the process.

Question 1
It was mostly circumstance questions, like what you would do in a certain circumstance. With stacking calling on the manager when needed or not.
