easy and nice people and nice yea place nice employer and everything. They will make sure you work hard but the pay is good and so is the customers. The interview is easy as long as u say the right things to them. hard word though.

Three stages - group interview, one on one interview with regional manager, experience day. Experience day is not really interview but just looking around store. Group interview was around six people.
