I applied online. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at ALDI (Perth, Australie-Occidentale) in Feb 2021
Interview
Fairly straight forward. Just asked questions on availability and what I am studying. I reckon you are more likely to get the job if you are 18 or like early twenties because then they can pay you less. In that case, just need to show you have a good personality.

I applied online. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at ALDI (Bury, North West England, England) in Oct 2023
Interview
Met store manager who was very polite, asked me to wait in the staff kitchen, felt like an informal, relaxed atmosphere where everyone knew each other while maintaining professional attitude.

Why do you want to work at Aldi?
Maths test
The group interviews I attended appeared relatively effortless, primarily because the overall standard of the applicants seemed quite low. During these sessions, the interviewers posed a series of logical questions. These questions, while meant to assess our critical thinking and problem-solving skills, were surprisingly easy to navigate. This simplicity in questioning allowed for a more relaxed and less competitive atmosphere among the candidates, which was quite different from the usual high-pressure environment typically expected in such settings.
