I applied online. The process took 3 months. I interviewed at ALDI in Apr 2016
Interview
Firstly had to wait 2 MONTHS for them to even acknowledge my application, they then invited me to an interview 3 WEEKS later. I mean, why so long? They obviously have a redunculous amount of applications heading their way because of the high pay. The interview went ok, bit far fetched but ok. They then emailed me for a individual assessment and this is where is went down hill. I walked in and shook hands with the security officer, whom lead me to the manager, he firstly walked me around the store for what I counted 1-2 minutes at the most. And then the store room. I really put my back into some work as I cleared the stock room in about an hour and a half, I even stayed the extra half an hour ( on top of the two) to help further clear the stock room. After the manager asked me in detail what was down every Isle, I mean jesus christ im not super man for crying out loud, I got certain things correct but no, without a crystal ball or a photographic memory it'd be quite difficult to say the least. After going out the way to make , what I thought a EXCEPTIONAL impression , the 2 and a HALF hours had finished. And then to my delight I had an email 2 days later saying very narrowly and quite disgustingly " you were not successful, we can not give individual feed back of why". I mean excuse me? This is 2016 and you call yourself a professional company? HAHAHA JESUS CHRIST. I've never experienced something so ridiculous in all my life, what do they expect from colleges?

Interview
The manager asked a few questions and then gave me a form that had things like 12 x 12, what change does the person get if they handed you a 50 pound note etc to fill in.
