I applied online. The process took 3 days. I interviewed at ALDI (Airdrie, Scotland) in Jan 2017
Interview
Was invited along to a group interview after applying online and filling out an exhausted application form. No other candidates showed up for the interview so I was taken 1 to 1. After the interview I was given a maths test. After passing this stage I was invited along to an introductory shift to see how I behaved in a work setting. I was told afterwards that there wasn't actually a position to fill and had to wait several months of receiving pointless emails asking if I was still interested in the job, in May I told them not to contact me again.

I applied in-person. I interviewed at ALDI (Oxnard, CA) in Apr 2017
Interview
Career Fair. Waste of time. I thought there gonna be more serious process for choose the right candidates to the next interview. Unfortunately they just collect applications. They great and say goodbye. Thats all they do. I dont know why they do this but they waste other peoples time.
This first step you could do just send an email or apply online, that would be the same result.
