ALDI Sales Assistant interview questions

Applied online, received an invite to complete interview type question via a app which you record yourself and it gets submitted to the company for review-very odd never had to do that before. About 3 days later got an invite to go to a in store interview was only offered a specific day and time which i couldnt make so asked for an alternative. About 2 weeks later finally received another offer for a weeks time. Standard interview stuff. Was told i was successful about a week later. Was told by email to attend a 2 hour 'shop trial' Turned up and this wasn't the case, but more of a meet and greet and shop tour with the manager lasted about 10 mins, was told i would hear back in a couple days. Took about another week, to be told i wasnt successful, no offer of feedback as to why i didnt get it despite being over qualified. So all in all from the first application took about 4 weeks, with 3 separate interview type meetings with 0 offer or feedback
