Group interview. Followed by a 1 on 1 interview which is with the area manager. You will then fo a medical test... overall it took 4 weeks. There is also a last 1 on 1 with the store manager but I wouldn’t stress since they’re that understaffed they will probably hire you anyway!
I applied online. I interviewed at ALDI (Claremorris)
Interview
Group Interview was intimidating, with everyone all together in one room. It made speaking up and asking questions a bit hard. If you are not accepted for that shop, you are also not allowed apply for aldi again for a year.
I applied online. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at ALDI (Sydney) in Jul 2018
Interview
I applied for the position online and got an email for a group interview the same day. There were 6 of us showing up in the group interview(one more being late for 40 mins and refused to join). We were asked to introduce ourselves and working experience, and fill in a sheet of questions mainly about personal details, availability and several simple questions. It lasted about 50 mins and finally we were told to expect the feedback in one or two weeks.Generally speaking ,the whole process was relaxing and full of laughter.Just enjoy it and have fun.
