The process took 3 weeks. I interviewed at ALDI (Manchester City Centre, England) in Jan 2026
Interview
Applied online. Recieved an email back within 3-5 days to state that I had been invited for the interview. Clicked on the link for a calendar booking, but they had no slots available. Had to re check the calendar everyday for around a week before there were more slots available, didn't recieve any email notification so good job I continued to check. Booked my interview slot.
Attended the group interview via teams, there were around 8 people, including myself and the person from ALDI. started with a small intro from him about the job, and then everyone had 30 seconds to share a little about them selves, which was quite nerve recking.
Then we had a group exersize, where there were a list of 8 tasks happening at the same time, and we had to discuss as a group, and decide within 15 minutes how to make a presentation.
I thought I did quite well, but I heard back within 2 days them to say that I didn't make it.
The next stage would have been a 1-1 interview at an ALDI store but I didn't make it through to the next stage.
I applied online. I interviewed at ALDI (Londres, Angleterre) in Sep 2025
Interview
Submitted my cv and then had to complete an online video assessmentand questionnaire. Having successfully passed that stage i then completed a telephone and then a face to face interview.
I applied online. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at ALDI in Jun 2025
Interview
Asked me basic questions such as tell me about yourself, why do you want to work in Aldi, how well you work in a team. Lasted about 5-7 minutes only and was pretty straightforward.
