ALDI Retail Assistant interview questions

Group interview with 5 other members. Went around and introduced ourselves. Brief rundown of the company with some questions in between. - What time does Aldi open - What days do specials run

Very, very long. Expect to do do an online test when first applying to check suitability, then a telephone interview, then an in store interview. At the in store interview you have to do yet another test before finally having a chance to be asked for a one on one interview. Lots of hoops to jump through for such a basic job.
