The ALDI Retail Assistant interview process is a streamlined, efficient and highly effective system to choose the best suited people for the advertised career offered by ALDI. The Retail Assistant interview process begins with applying online, followed by a group interview. If the applicant is successful after this stage, they progress onto the one-on-one interview, which along with this particular stage, a professional medical assessment is conducted to assess the capability of the candidate. If successful, a career position may be offered.

Interview
It was short and sweet, they sent me a email to book a time to have a phone call with them and a week later I had my interview. I just answered some questions they asked me and said I would get a email reply if I went to the next stage

Was overly complicated and too many stages, online test x2 and a recorded interview. Application itself is very tedious and is not very friendly to new users. Apparently you need to know someone already in ALDI to work at there stores.

Call interview. Got an email to schedule a time for a call interview and passed it.
Still need to do a Store interview (which I was told would be the final interview).
