I applied online. I interviewed at ALDI (Great Malvern, England) in May 2023
Interview
You first go through the application process where they ask you questions then have a video interview with about 3 questions. If you are successful you are invited to a face to face interview
I applied online. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at ALDI in May 2022
Interview
Very long online application form, 5 questions to answer in detail. Then once you get past that stage there is a video interview (you have to film yourself answering interview questions) they get sent off. Then once you get past that, there is a in-store interview with the store manager. They walk you around the shop and you have to answer questions about what might be wrong with it. Then finally there is an interview with the area manager. They will ask you basic interview questions. So it is a four stage application process just for a retail job.
