met with various staff including SVP, Senior Underwriter and Underwriters. informal interview proceess. human resoucres interview was your standard HR questions about your biggest strenghts and weaknessses. not very helpful.

The HR department in the Dublin office is not a great reflection of the company. Was contacted by a lady from HR regarding an underwriting position I had applied for. Unfortunately I had missed her call by a few minutes but I received her voicemail and attempted to call her back straight away on the mobile number she had called me on. There was no answer so I sent a follow up text message and left a voicemail to let her know I had tried to call back, no response. Attempted to call again a day or two later, no response. A week later I Attempted another means of contact by reaching out on linked in, again no response. At least have some courtesy to respond to candidates and let them know what's happening with their application rather than the radio silence.
