I applied through a recruiter. The process took 5 months. I interviewed at AIG (Bridgeport, CT) in Aug 2023
Interview
The process was quite disjointed overall with centralized schedulers and recruiters attempting to set things up via calendars. It definitely felt like I was a small cog in a large machine. The initial setup took over a month from the time the recruiter first contacted me until my first interview. There were then 2 more rounds of interviews, which were scheduled hastily. Another follow up interview with the initial recruiter occurred after the 3 interviewers from the actual hiring area. It then took over 2 months to hear back, and I ultimately received an automated rejection email. The process in total was 5 months long and communication was poor on their end unless they initiated.
