Hello, I was approached by a headhunter. I have immediately shared my interest in the position. I was taken straight away in the process. First step was the online conversation with a global manager and future team leader. I am disappointed for the outcome & the communication between the interviewers and decision-makers. I have prepared a task as required (added more value than expected), it was very time-consuming and detailed presentation, nevertheless it was not taken into consideration at all. the decision in the meantime has been already taken with another candidate. either they shouldn't ask me for the recruitment task, either they should appreciate the efforts. Moreover, I have spent more than 1h on the video interview with many creative tasks conducted ad hoc + received confusing feedbacks afterwards. I lost my time, energy and motivation. If this is how the employer branding looks within this company - I have no further comment. The recruiter should not have had contacted me in a first place if they had already a priority candidate on the last stage of the process.
