Recruiter confession: I'd much rather hire someone who is 'eager to roll up their sleeves and learn on the job' than someone with the perfect degree who is stuck in their ways. In this fast-moving market, adaptability is the #1 skill I'm scouting for. Who else thinks we should stop over-valuing diplomas?@

"Wow us in 150 characters or less" I filled out the application, attached a resume and cover letter. At the end, of the process there was a box that asked me to WOW them in 150 characters or less. Did your company do something like this? What kind of responses were you looking for? I thought it was a little weird.

HI everyone, so I have been working for a company nearly 5 years and the last 3 years have been awful , my colleague seeks validation and aligns with the MD and her friend who does the accounts we work remotely and there has been alot of unfair treatment. They aren't compliant yet want me to work as a healthcare recruiter. My commission has been withheld, and accused of Gross misconduct due to Podiatry appointments which were authorised. Now been dismissed due to me raising concerns.
