Given the current slowdown in the Middle East consulting market, would you advise someone to pursue an internal transfer to a U.S. office, or stay in the region and ride out the market until conditions improve?

Hey fam! Any PIF employees here? How’s their hybrid working policy like? Is 3 days in office 2 remote possible?
