Hi all, I’m in a situation: I lied my resignation date, LWD and got the offer from a product based company. Later somehow I managed to convince that company to accept my original lwd with some medical reason. So lwd is okay but if I join that will the resignation date mismatch at BGV and lead to my termination?
Cleared all rounds for a Manager role at Amgen India. Verbal offer: 35 LPA. File escalated to global finance due to 200% jump from my consulting baseline. HR confirmed positive feedback, no red flags — purely a compensation approval loop. Last update was June 8th, nothing since. Need to plan notice period and relocation but completely in the dark. Has anyone navigated this at an MNC? Does finance cancel or counter-offer at this stage?

Need one suggestion. I Just got my offer revoked because of BGV fail . Actually in august 2023 I joined capg and absconded it in 28 days. I have joined another company on 1st septemer but capg credited the salary till 18th sept and put the lwd as 18th on my EPFO account now after 3 years I got layed of from this company and facing a problem in joining a new one.
Preparing since last 2 months. Having a good exposure of working on end to end on multiple gen ai projects still finding hard luck coz everytime the bar keeps on increasing. Here what happened in the last interview (probably 32nd). Interview started, he started questions on projects like architecture design, evaluation framework, deployment strategy for which I answered thoroughly and then out of nowhere he said explain how the graph in langgraph actually work behind the scene and where can we optimize it. Out of nowhere the atmosphere changed to infrastructure engineering. Mentally I got frustrated, I said I don't have enough context on that. And finally that was the criteria for my rejection in the last Interview. You see the chain here, Architecture design Evaluation framework Deployment strategy Failure cases Production scaling. And after all this INFRASTRUCTURE ENGINEERING. Don't know what market is expecting for a mere 30 LPA !!
You should thank god that you have entered in genAi before time, for other tech stack people are not getting even calls. Hopefully you will land any good offer 👍 Btw how much experience do you have? Are you currently working? And how you transit into genAi?
Great to hear that, I would say keep exploring or if your company has good job security then stay there for few months as market is getting better but still not there yet
Really tough times. If those are not enough,they ask mind bending Leetcode questions which don't even match remotely to our work. BTW, how do you carry that phone ?

However, due to budget constraints, the project was cancelled and I am currently on bench. I’m learning generative AI at the moment. Unfortunately, I haven’t received any calls yet, I am in mobile application development.
