I got my f&f after being asked to put down paper and was told will get 3 months plus 2 month severance. But in f&f I only see gratuity does this come seperately or in same document.

Sooner or later CTS is becoming another TCS. 5 days WFO on the way, more micro management, more unrealistic deadlines, more tortures to start silent firing.
