Petition to remove deloitte India from "Big4"

Is the entire Big4 in India, specially Software Engineering a brokerage business to lend cheap labour to US nd pocket the difference at mass scale? I mean are there any productive work, product building initiative taken or just building wrapper & breeding toxicity is what defines the environment? If the culture is different in any of the competencies, I would love to know. PS: Asking fr a friend.

I have joined Deloitte india march 2026 since the I am on bench.I gave my interview for scrum master role here but after joining since then I am not getting any interviews related to my skill set also I have completed 3 month on bench here.so in call they informed 1 month later they will put on pip if not onboarded will check performance so wanted to ask does in worst case they tell me to exit or they will terminate after pip i don't want termination to impact my career?

I got a offer from PwC for Manager Role and they offered 25 lakhs CTC fixed and 35 percent variable, but when asked the HR to lower the variable and increase the fixed he told this is the same for everyone at this role, can someone confirm me on this from PwC if this is true or not as 35 percent variable looks not normal to me , plz confirm on this

Having more then 2.5 lack in fixed pay(In KPMG) which is best to join for 4.8 YOE in SAP practice? Deloitte USI or KPMG Global Services (KGS) ?
