Great benefits for family and yourself. Above average company to work with.

For Engineers there is a shutdown period in December, and 401K 8% match, as well as reimbursed tuition for advanced degrees. However the Health Insurance is terrible, there is no plan available without a high deductible, there are also no sick days, only acurred vacation days gained throughout the year.
