Health benefits are ok, but I have found the most value from their legal plan benefits.

401k matching is good. Pensions are no longer offered

Health is standard High deduction plan that most companies offer. the premiums aren't too expensive, but it is just OK. Most benefits vary by your job type but overall they are pretty good. There have been some recent changes that have made them less desirable than before, but overall they are in the ballpark with the industry.

High deductible insurance with a great HSA. They give you a generous amount of free money towards your HSA. 401k half match up to you putting in 8% and them putting in 4%.

Health insurance is okay, but could be better. Plenty of time off and I haven't heard of anyone having issues using it.
